Data we collect

Enquiry forms may collect name, email, preferred dates, engagement interest, product context, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details of your staff and, where necessary for sample testing, limited personal data appearing in customer files you provide under your lawful basis.

Purposes and bases

We process enquiry data to respond to requests and prepare proposals (legitimate interests / pre-contract steps). Engagement data is processed to perform the contract and meet professional record-keeping duties. Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept them.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to twenty-four months if no engagement follows. Engagement working papers and memoranda are retained for seven years unless a longer period is required by law or a regulator request. Cookie identifiers follow the durations listed on the cookies page.

Processors and transfers

Hosting and email providers may process data on our instructions. Where personal data is transferred outside Taiwan, we use contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and limit access to what the engagement requires.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and object to certain processing. Contact hello@secureautorout.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.

Security

We apply access controls, encrypted transit where available, and need-to-know limits on engagement files. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers through the website form.
